Veritiv, a distributor specialising in value-added packaging, has acquired US-headquartered premium marketing solutions provider Vivabox Solutions.
The acquisition is set to bring additional strategic relationships and international sourcing expertise to Veritiv.
The new addition will also enhance Veritiv’s kitting and design capabilities for premium consumer brands.
The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Vivabox provides customised multibrand kitting solutions and packaging products for luxury consumer brands.
The company operates globally with a presence in the US, Europe, and Asia. It employs 77 people across key locations in Rockville, Dallas, and Scottsdale in the US.

The deal comes after private investment company Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, through an affiliate, completed the acquisition of Veritiv in December last year.
