Rajeswari Group has officially opened its new technologically advanced printing division in Tamil Nadu, India under the name 38 Hundred Labels & Prints.
The new division houses the CDT 1600 PC Sprint commercial label printer from Colordyne Technologies, powered by Memjet Technology. The company says that this printer offers better-quality labels and tags at a high speed with 1600×1200 dpi resolutions.
The machine contains 70,400 nozzles integrated into four interchangeable ink delivery blades for CMYK colours. A fifth blade and print head can be also be added to the printer for spot colour capability.
Rajeswari Group’s new division also houses GT 364 HSFL finishing equipment from Italy based CARTES, and the C751 PRO digital printer from RICOH.
The division also has a separate unit for hot stamping, screen printing, embossing and die-cutting and laser cutting.
Rajeswari Group managing director Ramamurthy said: "With this new technologically advanced machinery, we will strengthen our portfolio in the printing and labeling industry."
