Greif, an industrial packaging products and services provider, is finalising the construction of its new bulk corrugated manufacturing facility in Texas, US.
Located in Dallas, the new facility is set to officially open in the coming months.
The Greif CorrChoice Dallas plant will focus on producing triple wall sheets and jumbo boxes, with capabilities that include inline glueing and stitching.
These products are intended to meet the needs of the industrial and agricultural sectors.
The company expects the factory to significantly bolster its capacity in the bulk corrugated sector.
It will also create new opportunities in the South and Southwest US, as well as Mexico.

Headquartered in Delaware, US, Greif offers a diverse range of products, including plastic, fibre drums, and uncoated and coated recycled paperboard, among others.
The company operates a network of more than 250 facilities in 37 countries, employing over 14,000 colleagues. It reported a net income of $67.2m or $1.17 per diluted Class A share in the first quarter of 2024.
Last month, it completed the previously announced acquisition of Ipackchem, a manufacturer of high-performance rigid plastic barrier packaging products.
The company commenced exclusive negotiations for the deal in November last year.
