This rating, for the company’s sustainability and social responsibility practices, places Metsä Tissue in the top 1% of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis. 

The business has maintained high scores across all four themes of the EcoVadis evaluation, which includes environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

Metsä Tissue scored particularly well in the environment category, achieving a score of 90 out of 100.  

The company produces household hygiene products and greaseproof papers for food preparation and packaging. 

Its brands include Lambi, Serla, Tento, Mola, Katrin, and Saga.
