Novvia Group, a global distributor of rigid containers and life sciences packaging, has announced the acquisition of US-based packaging products supplier Liquid Bottles.
This acquisition will help bolster Novvia’s presence and product offerings in the Southeastern US market.
Liquid Bottles co-founder Justin Hertz said: “Liquid Bottles and Novvia have the same focus on customer experience and this relationship provides both organisations even more packaging solutions for our customers.”
Liquid Bottles, which is said to have experienced significant growth since its inception in 2014, provides a wide array of plastic and glass containers and rigid packaging products to a diverse customer base.
Founded as a small startup in a garage, the company has transformed into a business with a 40,000ft² warehouse in Palmetto, Florida.
Following the deal, the management team at Liquid Bottles will remain with Novvia.
