The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) has directed Green Olive Group to recall its Bestore RTE Mini Bread Prepacked (330g) over labelling issue.
This move comes after the agency detected the presence of milk in the RTE Mini Bread, which was not declared on the label of its food packaging.
The recall process is currently in progress.
The undeclared milk in the product could potentially trigger allergic reactions in individuals with milk sensitivities.
According to Singapore’s Food Regulations, it is mandatory for food products containing allergens to be clearly labelled on packages to safeguard consumers with allergies.
While milk is not a general food safety concern, it can cause adverse reactions in those allergic or intolerant to it.

It is responsible for managing food safety and security across Singapore as the national food authority.
