The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 0.62% in August 2021 when compared with July 2021.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Nestle IT hiring in August 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Nestle, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 44% in August 2021, and a 57.14% rise over July 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 18% in August 2021, and registered growth of 28.57%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 18% in August 2021, a 12.5% rise from July 2021.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global packaging IT hiring activity in August 2021 with a 46% share, which marked a 53.33% rise over the previous month.
North America stood next with 28%, registering a 30% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 14% share and a 75% rise over July 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 10% and a month-on-month increase of 400%. South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 2%, registering a 50% drop over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s packaging industry IT hiring activity with a 20% share in August 2021, a 23.08% decline over July 2021. Germany featured next with a 14% share, up 600% over the previous month. Spain recorded a 10% share, an increase of 66.67% compared with July 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Nestle IT hiring activity in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 66%, up by 17.86% from July 2021. Entry Level positions with a 26% share, a growth of 30% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with an 8% share, flat growth over July 2021.
