US-based labelling company Brook + Whittle has entered an agreement to acquire custom label manufacturer Paradigm Label for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Mira Loma, California, Paradigm Label focuses on supplying flexible packaging, pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves.
The company also works directly with companies to identify the most suitable label solutions for their brands.
The addition is intended to bolster Brook + Whittle’s presence in the US’ West Coast region and expand its e-commerce operations.
Following the acquisition, the company will have nine production facilities and employ more than 1,200 people, serving more than 4,000 customers in total.
Brook + Whittle CEO Mark Pollard said: “Paradigm Label further strengthens our West Coast presence and our ability to deliver the fastest lead times in the industry.
