Top five packaging companies in the UK’s IT recruitment activity in August 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 21.77% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the UK’s packaging industry during August 2022 over July 2022.

The Body Shop International posted 38 IT jobs in August 2022 and registered a drop of 5% over the previous month, followed by Fujitsu General with 28 jobs and a 41.67% drop. Unternehmensgruppe Theo Muller S.e.c.s. with 17 IT jobs and Reckitt Benckiser Group with 7 jobs, recorded a 32% decline and a 36.36% decrease, respectively, while Philip Morris International recorded a flat growth with 7 job postings during August 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.91%, down by 25.95% from July 2022. Mid Level positions with a 16.97% share, registered an increase of 16.67% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 12.12% share, flat growth over July 2022.
