Top five packaging companies in India’s IT recruitment activity in October 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 6.78% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s packaging industry during October 2022 over September 2022.
Charoen Pokphand Foods Public posted 29 IT jobs in October 2022 and registered a drop of 56.72% over the previous month, followed by PepsiCo with 28 jobs and a 100% growth. Panasonic with 24 IT jobs and McCain Foods with 17 jobs, recorded a 33.33% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Heineken recorded an increase of 1100% with 12 job postings during October 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 61.9%, down by 34.34% from September 2022. Mid Level positions with a 32.86% share, registered an increase of 21.05% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 3.81% share, down 60% over September 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 1.43%, recording a month-on-month increase of 200%.
