The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 19.23% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry during October 2022 over September 2022.
Carlsberg posted 9 IT jobs in October 2022 and registered a drop of 18.18% over the previous month, followed by Procter & Gamble with 8 jobs and a 166.67% growth. Reckitt Benckiser Group with 6 IT jobs and PepsiCo with 4 jobs, recorded a 33.33% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Ardagh Group recorded an increase of 33.33% with 4 job postings during October 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 81.63%, down by 16.67% from September 2022. Mid Level positions with a 10.2% share, registered a decline of 28.57% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 8.16% share, down 50% over September 2022.
