South Korea-based paper manufacturing company Hansol Paper has issued corporate bonds maturing in June 2020, as part of an indirect public offering to raise KRW100bn ($89m).

Graphic Packaging International has announced its plans to acquire the assets of Carton Craft, including its affiliate company Lithocraft.
