PepsiCo’s premium bottled water brand LIFEWTR, has introduced its Series 2 bottle labels designed with old and abstract designs by female artists.
As part of the initiative, about 20 million bottle labels designed by artists Trudy Benson, Lynnie Z and Adrienne Gaither are expected to hit store shelves in the following months.
Each series of LIFEWTR labels is said to support a culturally important theme.
Series 1 featured designs from emerging artists in the public art space while the LIFEWTR Series 2 labels will exhibit works of the three bold artists.PepsiCo North America Beverages Water Portfolio vice-president Todd Kaplan said: “We admire the fact that these women are a diverse group of innovative thinkers – contributing unique and fresh forms of art to the world.
“They have the potential to influence culture in an impactful and positive way, and it’s important we celebrate women in the arts and provide them with a platform to gain exposure and showcase an inspirational outlook.”
The LIFEWTR Series 2 bottles are currently available in 700ml and 1l sizes in the US.
