By GlobalDataHope Foods takes pride in its organic hummus line, which offers a variety of unique flavour profiles, including the brand’s popular Sea Salt & Olive Oil Hummus, Spicy Avocado Hummus, Black Garlic Hummus, and award-winning Thai Coconut Curry Hummus.
Each batch of hummus undergoes a cold-press process, applying extremely high pressure to protect it from bacteria and other pathogens, eliminating the need for high-heat pasteurisation or chemicals.
This method ensures that the hummus and plant-based dips are loaded with fresh-tasting flavours and retain their micronutrient content, unaltered by pasteurisation and heat.
It is the use of natural, healthy ingredients and the preservation of a fresh small-batch taste that has made Hope Foods organic hummus the preferred choice of nutritionists and registered dietitians.
“The simple, high-quality ingredients and lack of preservatives is the number one reason I choose Hope Hummus and recommend it to my clients,” says board-certified sports dietitian, Cynthia Sass, MPH, RD.
“The ingredients read like a homemade recipe, which is why it’s one of my go-to staples. I also admire Hope Foods’ ongoing commitment to nutrition, sustainability, and mental health awareness.”
Plastic neutral certification
Hope Foods’ dedication to sustainability is further exemplified by its recent plastic neutral certification from rePurpose Global, the world’s leading Plastic Action Platform.
Through this partnership, Hope Foods aims to recover as much plastic from nature as it uses in its new packaging, demonstrating its commitment to environmental responsibility.
