UK-based foils, films, and laminates provider API has added new colour Amaranth to its PG range of pigment hot stamping foils in a bid to help meet latest packaging colour trends.
The new deep-red Amaranth shade can be used for wine and spirit bottles, as well as across a range of other hot stamping applications.
API noted that deep and luxurious colours complement its new print technologies and highly tactile finish.
Luxury and premium goods manufacturers ensure packaging effectively conveys both the product’s qualities and brand values.
API’s marketing executive Hester McQueen said: "Customers were asking for a richly romantic red to link with the latest colour trends, so we developed and launched the graceful, nostalgic Amaranth shade to provide the high-impact results their packaging demanded.
"Our PG Foils add real depth of colour and opacity when applied."
