Resource Label Group (RLG), a full-service label and packaging solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of US-based label and flexible packaging company TQL Packaging Solutions.
The companies have not disclosed the financial details or any other terms of this transaction.
This deal will allow RLG to further expand its flexible packaging capabilities.
TQL was founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1995 by Scott Smith. The company was originally positioned as a flexographic label provider.
The company now specialises in offering both digital and flexographic printing services for different brands and industry partners.
Examples of some of its solutions include shrink sleeves, fin seal packaging, roll-fed wrap and pouches, pressure-sensitive labels, and extended-content labels.
