Spanish sustainable packaging company Hinojosa Packaging Group has announced the integration of the previously acquired Graphicsleader Packaging into its visual identity.
All operations carried out by Graphicsleader will be included under Hinojosa’s logo from this point onwards.
This move further marks a significant step in the process of Hinojosa’s international expansion and its consolidation in Southern Europe.
The decision to unify these visual identities comes as a natural step in the process of acquisition.
It is expected to contribute to a ‘solid image’ across all the territories where the group operate.
According to Hinojosa, the measure will further reinforce transparency, therefore making it a more reliable company for its various national and international customers.

By GlobalDataThis move also comes as part of its decentralised management model.
Based in Portugal, Graphicsleader is a packaging business that was acquired by Hinojosa back in May 2020.
After the completion of this transaction, Graphicsleader became a part of Hinojosa’s Consumer Packaging division.
The acquired company currently has a team of more than 190 employees.
Graphicsleader’s key specialisations now include the manufacturing of special packaging and high-quality prints for the linear market.
The Portuguese company’s products are mainly used across the food, personal care, fast-moving consumer goods, and textile sectors.
Hinojosa previously mentioned that the main objective of acquiring Graphicsleader was to enhance the coverage and range of its existing services.
Through this deal, Hinojosa also intended to increase its overall development of cardboard packaging across Portugal to become one of the key players in the industry in the Iberian Peninsula.
