GXO Logistics, a pure-play contract logistics provider, has extended its existing agreement to provide co-packing and value-added services to health and beauty products company Avon.
The two companies have been in a partnership for the last 15 years.
Under this collaboration, GXO is responsible for providing services to help Avon manage various operations, including the distribution of products to more than 50 European countries from Avon’s factory in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
GXO operates from its Garwolin site in Poland to support all these operations for Avon.
This Garwolin facility also allows GXO to support Avon’s omnichannel activities and co-packing services such as specialist labelling and QR codes.
Other services provided by GXO include warehousing and manufacturing support.

“Through our high-quality service and our open communications and cooperation, we’ve been able to grow our business with Avon over many years. We very much look forward to expanding and continuously enhancing our partnership.”

For instance, GXO said it recycles 97% of packaging waste paper, as well as approximately 90% of plastic film, by leveraging electronic records to decrease the amount of printed documentation.
Avon Logistics senior manager Andrew Wills said: “GXO has been an outstanding partner since 2008, helping us pursue our mission to create a better world for women by supporting their entrepreneurship, courage and ideas for success.
