TrakRap has entered a partnership with end-of-line packaging machines and systems manufacturer Endoline.

Both companies will now work together to offer a complete end-of-line packaging solution to manufacturers and retailers.

The partnership will make use of Endoline’s fully automatic glue/tray erector, robotic or cartesian pick and place case loading devices, a fully automatic random case sealer and TrakRap’s sustainable wrapping system.

TrakRap system uses customised 100% recyclable polymer film to wrap products and bond the pack together.

It uses 90% less energy than traditional shrink wrapping, by removing the requirement for heat tunnels.

This will allow TrakRap system to make products suitable for packaging ambient, chilled, frozen or volatile products.

Developed with TrakRap’s own approved corrugate suppliers, Innovative TrakRap trays requires close to 40% less cartonboard, resulting in lighter weight, 100% recyclable retail ready packaging for retailers.
