Industrial and packaging supplies firm BlackHawk Industrial has acquired US-based Packaging Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
The agreement will enable the BlackHawk Industrial to increase its focus on technical solutions across a new group of product offerings in the marketplace.

Headquartered in Minnesota, US, Packaging provides packaging and fastening equipment and supplies.
The company operates in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. It focuses on technical, value-added packaging solutions, as well as niche fastening products.
With the investment in Packaging, BlackHawk Industrial will expand its geographical reach and sales opportunities in the region.
Packaging will also expand into existing BlackHawk Industrial locations, with the co-located facility in Omaha for the first quarter of this year.
Its commercial management team will continue to lead the business as product category specialists.
