The industry’s overall hiring decreased by 32.51% in July 2021 compared with June 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 17.39% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of China packaging industry during July 2021 over June 2021.
Carrier Global posted 10 IT jobs in July 2021 and registered a drop of 9.09% over the previous month, followed by Central Garden & Pet with 6 jobs and a flat growth. Avery Dennison with 5 IT jobs and Lego with 3 jobs, recorded a 16.67% drop and a flat growth, respectively, while Signify recorded a flat growth with 3 job postings during July 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 65.22%, down by 55.88% from June 2021. Entry Level positions with a 21.74% share, a flat growth compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 13.04% share, down 50% over June 2021.
