The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 50% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Mexico’s packaging industry during August 2021 over July 2021.
The Coca-Cola posted 13 IT jobs in August 2021 and registered a rise of 1200% over the previous month, followed by PepsiCo with 13 jobs and a 27.78% drop. Fomento Economico Mexicano SAB de CV with 8 IT jobs and British American Tobacco with 7 jobs, recorded a 14.29% flat growth and a 133.33% flat growth, respectively, while Ball recorded an increase of 300% with 4 job postings during August 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 82.26%, up by 37.84% from July 2021. Entry Level positions with an 11.29% share, registered a decline of 36.36% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 6.45% share, down 50% over July 2021.
