The industry’s overall hiring increased by 17.49% in August 2021 when compared with July 2021.

Top five packaging companies in the US’s IT recruitment activity in August 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 32.49% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s packaging industry during August 2021 over July 2021.
Ball posted 229 IT jobs in August 2021 and registered a rise of 4.57% over the previous month, followed by Peloton Interactive with 51 jobs and a 96.15% growth. Unternehmensgruppe Theo Muller S.e.c.s. with 51 IT jobs and JBS with 48 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 4.35% flat growth, respectively, while Carrier Global recorded an increase of 57.69% with 41 job postings during August 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 53.4%, up by 19.22% from July 2021. Mid Level positions with a 24.01% share, registered an increase of 36.94% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 21.88% share, up 17.87% over July 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.71%, recording a month-on-month increase of 80%.
