Russia’s packaging industry registered a 30.0% rise in IT hiring activity in November 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 1.98% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.

Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 3.09% share in November 2022, recording an increase of 0.36% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Russia’s packaging industry’s IT recruitment activity in November 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Russia’s packaging industry in November 2022.
1) Database and Network Administrators and Architects recorded a share of 75% in November 2022, registering a 90.91% growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 14.29% share, an increase of 33.33% over the previous month.
3) Computer Support Specialists held a share of 7.14%, registering a 66.67% decline from October 2022.
4) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers captured a share of 3.57%, flat growth over the previous month.
Top five packaging companies in Russia’s IT recruitment activity in November 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Russia’s packaging industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Cherkizovo Group posted 24 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a rise of 33.33% over the previous month, followed by Ros Agro with 2 jobs and a flat growth. Anheuser-Busch InBev with 2 IT jobs, recorded a 100% growth.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 89.29%, up by 56.25% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 10.71% share, registered a decline of 40% compared with the previous month.
