Andritz, an international technology group, has announced a strategic partnership with Dry Molded Fiber (DMF) technology provider PulPac.  

The partners plan to combine their respective expertise to serve the alternative packaging market.

DMF is an eco-friendly, nearly waterless process that moulds cellulose fibres into various three-dimensional packaging products. 

The partnership will leverage PulPac’s proprietary technology alongside ANDRITZ’s experience in turnkey pulp mills, web-forming processes, and converting and recycling technologies.  

ANDRITZ will now offer complete DMF lines, enhancing its portfolio of sustainable solutions.

The bodies have incorporated PulPac’s DMF technology with strategic components from ANDRITZ to several industrial lines, which are already operational.
