Italian company Bialetti has selected Spreafico to deliver a new machine for its soluble product packaging line.
In response, Spreafico has developed a customised three lane machine to allow an increase in quantitative and qualitative production for Bialetti’s capsule products.
Bialetti group’s industrial and purchasing director Marco Vezzoli said: "The partnership with Spreafico was born from our need to expand the first production line of the Bialetti capsules ‘I Caffè d’Italia’.
"Such need stemmed not only from the productive saturation of the first line, but also from having chosen to introduce our range of proposals for a new type of capsule.
"It was then we decided to begin our partnership with Spreafico for the design, installation, and fine tuning of a new machine, to be manufactured with precision to completely meet our needs."
Spreafico has also developed a system to ensure effective welding and oxygen removal stages. This aims to meet the reference standard of a residual percentage of less than the 1% guaranteed by the company, without compromising on the quality of the capsule and the product.
