European packaging manufacturer Coveris is set to unveil its latest range of innovative and sustainable food-to-go packaging solutions at the lunch! 2024 event.
The event, taking place on 18 and 19 September at ExCeL London, will provide Coveris with a platform to showcase its commitment to developing environmentally friendly and functional packaging for the food-to-go sector.
HEAT: a revolutionary hot-to-go solution
One of the highlights of Coveris’ exhibit will be the launch of its HEAT range.
This cook-in-pack, shelf-ready, hot-hold solution combines innovative functionality with sustainability, efficiency and waste reduction.
Made from a dual-ovenable printed board, HEAT allows consumers to cook, merchandise and eat their hot-to-go meals in a single, fully enclosed pack. This eliminates the need for additional wrapping, making it a more sustainable option for both retailers and consumers.
In recognition of the innovative nature of HEAT, Coveris’ snack packs for Rollover have been shortlisted for the Consumer Convenience category at the UK Packaging Awards.
