Engineered equipment and automation solutions provider Duravant has expanded its product offerings with the acquisition of Votech.
Headquartered in Reusel, the Netherlands, Votech specialises in manufacturing bag filling machines, palletiser machines, stretch hood machines and pallet transport system.
Following the acquisition, Votech will serve a global customer base alongside Duravant’s operating company Fischbein International.

By GlobalDataFischbein’s portfolio of bag sealing and sewing equipment will be combined with Votech’s expertise in bag management and palletising.
It will enhance Duravant’s capacity to serve customers and partners in more than 190 countries worldwide across multiple sectors.
Fischbein VP and general manager Olivier Hancotte said: “We’re thrilled to work closely with the Votech team to create a broader product offering for both companies’ customers. Fischbein and Votech equipment will both be available through the Fischbein global sales team.”
Duravant recently announced the launch of a new packaging operating company, nVenia by merging its four equipment brands Arpac, Hamer-Fischbein and Ohlson.
