Francis Ford Coppola Winery has launched its canned white wine line Diamond Collection and added Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Sauvignon Blanc to its portfolio.
Francis Ford Coppola Winery president and Winemaking director Corey Beck said: “It was Francis's instinct and creativity that first brought wine-in-a-can to the forefront of the wine industry with the introduction of the Sofia Mini cans more than a decade ago.
“For a category that's accelerated so rapidly over the years, consumers are still loyal to the Coppola brands they trust and admire, because they know we will deliver the same premium quality, consistency, and authenticity they know and love in a bottle, into a can.”
The winery started producing canned wine in 2002. Two years later it introduced Sofia Minis 187ml aluminium cans in a bid to make premium wine more accessible.
Francis Ford Coppola Winery continued to depend on alternative packaging to bring better quality and authenticity to the canned still wine category.
The newly introduced 250ml Diamond cans are available in a portable and lightweight four-can pack and are priced at $19.99.
