US-based sustainable flexible packaging converter and printer Glenroy has announced purchasing a ten-colour MIRAFLEX II printing press from German machinery company Windmoller & Holscher (W&H).

This strategic investment by Glenroy marks a significant step towards improving the overall print quality of its products.

The new printing press is further expected to boost the efficiency and capabilities of flexible packaging company.

It will also help in enhancing customers’ satisfaction by addressing their diverse requirements, Glenroy said.

W&H’s ten-colour MIRAFLEX II printing press comes with a wide range of advanced features to enhance the printing process within the flexible packaging industry.

It provides a superior print quality by ensuring that every individual package has consistent and eye-catching prints.

By deploying this high productivity printing press, Glenroy can now ensure faster delivery of products.

The machine is equipped with user-friendly systems and fully integrated modules, allowing the operator to quicky transition as per their requirements.

This feature further minimises downtime during changeovers. 

In addition, the presence of integrated modules in the printing machine will help Glenroy to optimise its material usage to minimise waste during setup and job changes, while making the whole packaging process more sustainable.
