Greek company Tsakiris Family has selected RPC Superfos’ EasySnacking pot for Le Petit Déjeuner, a new cereal product that can be consumed straight from the pack.

The whole-wheat cereal rich in dietary fibre has been developed, keeping in mind modern customers.

The EasySnacking pot packaging, which is injection moulded in polypropylene, allows consumers to have the cereal product plain or with milk in a single serving size.

“The EasySnacking pot is absolutely cute, convincing and clearly convenient at work, at school or while on the moves.”

Tsakiris Family corporate marketing officer Maria Tsakiris said: “The EasySnacking pot is absolutely cute, convincing and clearly convenient at work, at school or while on the move.

“It sets us apart from our competitors. The small handy size is new to the market, where cereals traditionally are sold in larger cardboard boxes.”

The Le Petit Déjeuner range comes in three variants, including whole-wheat morsels with cinnamon, whole-wheat morsels dipped in hazelnut praline, and crunchy whole-wheat pillows with hazelnut filling, which are available in three versions of the EasySnacking pot.

According to RPC Superfos, the vintage-themed pots are decorated using advanced In-Mould Labelling.

The pot contains a ‘convenient’ spoon in the lid under a self-adhesive peel-off label, which enables consumers to add a dairy product.

Maria added: “We offer delicious cereal snacks in a new and exciting way and the packaging is an essential part of our branding.

“The spoon is lovely and as a whole, the EasySnacking pack from RPC Superfos hits the nail on the head.”

Tsakiris Family will now export Le Petit Déjeuner in the new format to China, Taiwan, and South Korea.
