Flexible packaging systems manufacturer Hayssen Flexible Systems has introduced ‘DoyZip 380’, a new vertical form-fill-seal bagger solution.
The new bagger offers multiple options for packaging pet food, snacks, confectionery and bakery items.

It is capable of producing a complete range of bag formats, including pillow, gusseted, block-bottom, quad fourcorner seal, and three-sided seal variants.
Hayssen sales and marketing vice-president Dan Minor said: “We are proud to introduce an all-new VFFS bagger that essentially produces every type of bag style, with or without zip reclose, in a single machine.
“It’s one of the most versatile, efficient machines available, answering customers’ needs in various markets, including pet food, snacks, confectionery, and bakery.”
The DoyZip 380 solution is equipped with high-speed intermittent-motion technology that allows it to manage polyethylene and laminate multilayer films.
