Diverse packaging solutions manufacturer Novolex has announced that its brand Hilex has launched new options for the existing ProWAVE tote bag range.
This ProWAVE recyclable and reusable bag range is now available in a 2.25ml or 1.7ml gauge film option.

The bag is produced using at least 40% post-consumer recycled material, which is in compliance with the legislative requirements for reusable totes bags across the US in regions such as California.
The range also adheres to the EcoLogo ATP-001 standard and is compliant with that state’s SB 270 requirements.
Both options are available in recycled white, grey and kraft brown colours alongside a choice allowing for customised colours and prints.
Novolex Sales vice-president Frank Lawson said: “Our ProWAVE tote has been highly sought-after by supermarkets, restaurants and other businesses, so we are adding new options to make it even more versatile and customer-friendly.
“It’s a tote crafted for e-commerce, grocery and retail sales, allowing products to be loaded and transported far more easily.”
The tote has two large and comfortable folded handles and a sturdy double-ply top, which ensures that the bag remains open to make loading easy for customers.
The bag also has a specially engineered inner fold, which enhances its overall strength while transporting.
Customers can use these bags for carrying hot, cold or even frozen foods.
Furthermore, these tote bags promote reuse, are durable and puncture resistant, and can be recycled in any store participating in the drop-off or take-back programmes.
