Indian printed folding carton manufacturer TCPL Packaging has installed a new QuadTech inspection system to improve its printing efficiencies for the flexible packaging sector.
The newly installed technology, which is the third QuadTech system installed by TCPL, will also support TCPL’s latest rotogravure press, a Bobst Rotomac 4003.
The Bobst press will allow TCPL to print tipping papers for the tobacco market and to print on flexible materials.
TCPL Packaging plant manager Biswadip Naha said: “TCPL has a successful history of product performance and service support with QuadTech, so we specifically chose QuadTech over other possible suppliers.
“We are now using additional solutions from the QuadTech product portfolio and they are our supplier of choice for colour and inspection technologies.
“Our most recent investment will continue to ensure quality and dependability is maintained while dramatically reducing waste and above all safeguarding our reputation for packaging excellence.”
