Winemaking company J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines has launched new packaging for its alcohol-free wine brand, ARIEL Vineyards, reinforcing its position in the growing nonalcoholic beverage market.

The rebranding aims to attract a wider range of consumers seeking premium nonalcoholic Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon options. The updated look aligns with the preferences of today’s environmentally conscious consumers.

The update includes a new label design that reflects wellness and balance, a lightweight bottle, and an updated screwcap closure, contributing to sustainability. The new packaging for ARIEL Vineyards features botanical illustrations and a light, airy design.

Set to roll out in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, the refreshed ARIEL Vineyards packaging will be available to consumers through various channels, including retailers, restaurants, and online.

A QR code on each bottle’s back provides access to the brand’s history and its approach to producing alcohol-removed wines.

J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines founder Jerry Lohr said: “ARIEL Vineyards was born out of a need for quality nonalcoholic wine options, which were nearly impossible to find in the 1980s.
