The Bottle Collective, a consortium focused on developing sustainable single-use bottles, has announced a new member: Logoplaste, a global leader in rigid packaging solutions.
The Bottle Collective, a collaborative effort led by PA Consulting and PulPac, aims to create eco-friendly bottles that are cost-effective and suitable for mass production.
It utilises PulPac’s Dry Molded Fiber (DMF) technology, which produces high-performing fibre bottles made from recyclable pulp and cellulose materials.
PA and PulPac said they have developed the underlying technology needed to bring a functioning DMF bottle to life.
The first bottle prototypes have been produced with an aim to release the bottles at scale by 2025.
The collective said Logoplaste brings expertise in injection moulding and blowing technologies to the table.

“By joining the Bottle Collective we remain totally aligned with the DNA of Logoplaste, that is looking to solutions under a fully agnostic approach and offering a broad view of solutions that respond to the specific sustainability needs of each one of our partners,” added Paulo Correia, CTO at Logoplaste.
This partnership signifies a significant step forward in developing a commercially viable and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional single-use bottles.
