US-based thermoplastic resin supplier M Holland has launched a packaging portfolio for the healthcare sector.
The packaging line card features medical-grade resins from the company’s proprietary MH Resolute and Mtegrity Plus resins, as well as from Chevron Phillips, Hanwha, INEOS Styrolution, Invista, LyondellBasell, Plaskolite and TotalEnergies.
It is intended to meet growing demand from medical device and pharmaceutical packaging manufacturers expedited by the Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition, the portfolio will address supply chain challenges such as material availability and reliability.
M Holland’s Healthcare and Packaging groups will deliver consultancy and other services to clients.
They will also offer access to engineers and packaging specialists who can advise on resin selection to meet regulatory and mechanical requirements.

Through this, M Holland aims to help clients develop integrated, end-to-end solutions to ensure supply chain security and diversification.

Based in Northbrook, Illinois, the company registers more than $1bn in average annual sales and sells to more than 4,000 customers a year.
