The acquisition is consistent with Mark Andy’s vision to drive profitability in pressrooms around the globe through a strategy to be the Total Solutions Partner.
Founded in 1919, Kluge manufactures print finishing equipment for foil stamping, die cutting, folding and glueing, and UV coating.
The company offers a full lifecycle solution for offline finishing with OEM parts and consumables, services, and equipment.
Other equipment manufactured by the company includes embossing, multi-function and high-speed straight-line folding and glueing equipment, cutting systems and the TXR Series automatic blank separator.
Mark Andy CEO Kevin Wilken said: “Mark Andy is excited to add a company with such a recognisable brand that has been built over decades with thousands of installations and satisfied customers worldwide.
