Macfarlane Group has reached an agreement with John Henry Greenwood to acquire Greenwoods Stock Boxes and 100% issued share capital in the latter’s sister company Nottingham Recycling for approximately £16.75m ($22.74m).
Through its fully owned subsidiary Macfarlane Group UK, Macfarlane anticipates the acquisition to increase its earnings from the first full year of ownership.
