Custom thermoformed packaging provider Nelipak Healthcare Packaging has unveiled its new freestanding NX-B rotary tray and blister lid heat sealers.
The firm has also launched its enhanced, PLC-controlled and analogue sealers.

Nelipak said that these machines are easy to operate, as well as flexible and customisable.
They are also capable of meeting demands of high-volume production runs.

The sealers are CE-marked, custom-made sealing machines suitable for Class 7 cleanroom operations.
Thanks to these machines, several coated lid materials, including Tyvek, paper, film or foil, can be sealed.
Available in two and four station versions, the machines are reportedly designed to cater to customers’ sealing needs.
The machines feature PLC controls with options for in-line lid stock pick and place, robotic handling of trays, and in-line printing of lids.
They also have quick tool change sealing dies and profiled heat plates with RFID readable tags that are linked to machine recipes.
