Novolex has acquired custom polyethylene bags and films manufacturer Wisconsin Film & Bag (WF&B) in the US.
Financial details about the deal have not been disclosed yet.
WF&B maintains an operational converting plant and a plastics recycling facility near Shawano, Wisconsin.
Along with polyethylene bags and films, the firm also supplies sustainable and recycled materials for the market.
Product variants offered by the firm include linear low-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, metallocene, clarity, high-density, barefoot, FDA, ECO-V, ECO-P and ECO-BLK films, in addition to flat and gusseted, and centerfold bags.
Wind Point Partners portfolio company Novolex was acquired in 2012.
