Australian packaging giant Orora has signed a strategic partnership with AHG Refrigerated Logistics to add a logistics aspect to its existing corrugated carton solutions.
AHG Refrigerated Logistics has an extended portfolio, including brands such as Rand, Harris, Scott’s Refrigerated Freightways and JAT.
The deal is expected to benefit Orora’s existing fruit and produce corrugated customer base in the country.
Currently delivering cost-effective corrugated cartons, the firm will be able to expand its capabilities with help from its partner by adding services such as temperature-controlled logistics.
Orora managing director Nigel Garrard said: “Orora strives to be a customer-led provider of innovative packaging solutions, and this partnership with AHG is a significant step in that journey.”
