Corrugated packaging company Pacificolor has unveiled a major investment exceeding $200,000 to upgrade its production capabilities.
Pacificolor’s strategic investment includes the acquisition of an AV Flexologic Corrugated Flat Mounting Machine and the integration of Reproflex3’s Vortex screening technology.
Revolutionising printing processes
Pacificolor said the Vortex technology seamlessly integrates into its existing print setups, optimising processes for ink on paper, corrugated board, and film.
With unique stabilisation tools, it ensures cost-effective print consistency.
Enhanced capabilities and efficiencies
This investment empowers Pacificolor to expand its corrugated plate-making capabilities, providing clients with greater sizes, faster throughput, and accelerated turnarounds.
The company said the AV Flexologic machine introduces improved soft proofing capabilities and seamless integration, paving the way for services designed to simplify clients’ workflows.
