End-of-line packaging equipment provider Pacteon Group has announced the acquisition of North America-based Descon Integrated Conveyor Solutions.  

The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

As per the terms of the deal, Descon will continue to operate as a subsidiary under Pacteon.

The acquired company will retain its brand, facilities, and leadership team.
