Custom flexible packaging solutions provider PPC Flexible Packaging announced that it has purchased US-based HFM Packaging.

Based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, HFM Packaging produces packaging solutions for cosmetics, personal care, pharma, food and industrial applications.

The company offers labels as peel and reseal closures for personal care markets and conversion of pouches. It also provides die-cut labelling services, re-sealable pouching technology and engineering assistance to customers.

PPC Flexible CEO Kevin Keneally said: “We are excited to add the exceptional team at HFM to the PPC family. It’s our goal to leverage HFM’s reclosable and pouch technologies in both consumer and healthcare markets to an even higher level of growth through new and existing customers across all of PPC’s businesses.”

Based in Illinois, PPC Flexible offers packaging solutions to customers in healthcare, medical, organic snack, pet food, bakery, horticulture, and produce markets.

It designs and manufactures value-added printed, laminated, and stand up pouch packaging for various applications.

In November, PPC also acquired US-based Temkin International, which a range of packaging products such as rollstock, stand-up pouches and floral sleeves. It currently operates manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada.
