US-based flexible packaging company ProAmpac has committed to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) under the net-zero pathway.
ProAmpac will establish long-term, science-based targets to achieve net-zero value chain emissions by 2050 and will submit these targets for SBTi validation within the next two years.

The company has also been recognised with the EcoVadis Bronze Medal for enhancing eco-friendly processes across its brand.
ProAmpac founder, vice-chair, and CEO Greg Tucker said: “These accomplishments reflect ProAmpac’s dedication to empowering our customers in their sustainability efforts and are testaments to our strategic alignment with sustainable growth.
