The PCSS fitment ensures a precise and controlled mix of beverages by connecting post-mix syrup or Bag-in-Box juice to the commercial fountain dispensing machines.

The PCSS fitment, which is compatible with industry screw-on connectors, is available in high stress for juice and high-acid products.
According to the company, the redesigned fitment will allow restaurant operators to securely screw the connector and prevent over-tightening.
The company’s DuraBev bag is a highly puncture-resistant embossed film bag that uses Rapak’s embossed film technology to provide evacuation performance in excess of 99.4% when compared to standard post-mix bags.
Available in a variety of sizes and bag fitments, DuraBev bag dispenses beverage products safely and accurately when paired with the PCSS+ line-side connector.
The redesigned and National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved PCSS+ line side connector for Bag-in-Box applications was launched in March 2017.
Rapak’s bags and line-side connectors are designed to make sure soft drinks are served quickly, safely and are dispensed from the bag without leaks or spills.
Last month, Rapak announced that it will add a new production line for Bag-in-Box packaging at its Shumen plant located in the North East of Bulgaria.
Rapak produces bags, fitments and filling machines for Bag-in-Box products serving beverages, liquid food and chemicals markets across Eastern Europe.
