RPC Bramlage-Wiko has manufactured a new plastic jar to replace tins for specialist woodwork treatment supplier Alfred Clouth Lackfabrik’s Clou Holzpaste brand.
The jar is injection moulded in polypropylene to tight tolerances in a bid to provide a container that is leak free and provides maximum protection for the product. It comes in 150g and 250g sizes
The pack is lightweight and robust and will not dent or rust. It has a wide easy open and close lid that offers ease of access and use for the end consumer.
The packaging company aimed to create on-shelf impact by producing the container in a yellow pigment with contrasting blue lid. It features branding and a product information silkscreen printed in three colours.
Alfred Clouth Lackfabrik managing director Alfred Clouth said that Clou Holzpaste products have a reputation for quality in the professional and DIY markets.
"We were looking for an alternative pack that was in keeping with our brand and, equally important, one that could run on our existing filling lines. RPC Bramlage-Wiko has exactly met our brief with an attractive and practical jar," Clouth added.
