Stradis Healthcare has opened a new surgical pack and contract packaging manufacturing facility in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, US, marking a key milestone in the company’s continued expansion.
Built to better meet the needs of its customers, the new 70,000ft2 facility will increase Stradis Healthcare’s manufacturing capacity and help expand its portfolio across all healthcare markets.
The new facility includes a 10,000ft2 clean room. When combined with the Medikmark operation in Waukegan, Illinois, US, the facility will bring the company’s total manufacturing space to more than 120,000ft2.
In 2014, the company acquired Medikmark, a disposable medical kit packing company.
Stradis Healthcare CEO Jeff Jacobs said: "Once again we are growing with the needs of our customers.
"Our investment highlights our commitment to supporting customers served from all across the United States as we keep in tandem with their increasing demand for our surgical solutions."
