Sustainable packaging solutions provider Yangi has entered into a strategic partnership with Italian company GDM to scale up the market presence of Yangi’s packaging technology, called ‘Cellera’.
GDM is a part of the Coesia group and specialises in providing industrial market solutions for the disposable hygiene and health industry.
As Yangi’s manufacturing partner, GDM will ensure the seamless integration of Yangi’s sustainable packaging technology into different industries.
Cellera is a patent-pending machine technology platform for cellulose dry fibre-formed packaging. It is installed at Yangi’s new 3,000m² manufacturing facility in Varberg, Sweden.
Through the latest collaboration, Yangi is now set to commercialise its dry fibre technology.
Yangi CCO Hanna Rüdel said: “GDM’s expertise is crucial in ensuring the successful integration and widespread adoption of Yangi’s fibre-based technology.”
